Public transport

I rumbling myself, sometimes in front of my wife every time we went out to KL. or JB. or even Seremban. It's because of our public transport system. I, can be categorized as criticize-obsess type of people. Especially for the things most people is regularly used. Toilet for example. Or bus stops. Or bus station. Or urban road system. Almost everything.

For me, to measure the country's corruption index is by observing their public transport system. It's tail-to-toe concept. Or we can call it a domino theory. Or like a dog chasing a tail. It's crawling. Like a chaining system. How can I elaborate this ?. hmm

Ok, let see this stupid assuption. Corruption politicians need money. Of course corruption big time is about money. To makes money running into their own pockets, they have to create projects. To create project, they have to launch a project. Easy project to make big money is, by developing a road. Or a modern call - highway. Highway from A to B. Give it named 'people projects'. Or 'wawasan project'. Or 'my foot project'. Call a press conferences instead. And open the tender. Then call for friends or peers to be a contractor. Or at least submit their application for tender. Name it open tender if you prefer but your peers still on top of lists. Declare the project with an initial investment of 2bil so on so forth. After it finished, build a TOL. And charge the people. And again, named it as 'for maintenance purposes'. So, money comes from 2 ways. Commision or fees. And TOL. Is it make sense. If not, then ask Samy. Ha ha

Again, launch the other highway. From B to C. Open the tender. Declare the initial costs. Call press conference. Label it again in the name of people. Put your preferred one on top of lists. Call Indon's to build. Than setup the TOL.

Then, launch highway C to D..bla..bla..bla..

The most corruption country is the country that have most highways in the city. People notice the highways instead of the garden.

Then what's more.

Again, honor your friends with AP. Ha ha. Encourage them to sell a car. Rubbish car is more preffered. Cherry ?. Amoi ?. Bewok ?. Atoi ?..Potong ?..Ha ha ha I know potong is made by us at Kg Tualang Baru Mahjong Perak...Charge 300% tariff. And bank, that also the politicians-proxy are the most for their major stakeholders will open the policy. Allow loaner to loan their money for 99 years. If possible then 100 years. Peoples have to go everywhere. They need transport instead of their own leg. No choice ?. Then apply for loan and get Cherry..ha ha..Not afford to buy Scoda ?. Because you're not so hard work.

So at the end, our road system is messy. Dirty and chaos. Where is the train ?. or bus ?. articulated bus (dreamed it buddy)?

Build a transport system is costly. So expensive. I dont have figures but I think if you build a track between Damansara and Cheras, you can save billions of ringgit for the next 10 years to just to build confused-huge-ugly even land eater of highways. And moreover, peoples can reach a home earlier through the right place of stop station. If you can build a track from Sg Besi to Cyberjaya, peoples along the Sri Kembangan, Puchong, Kinrara, Bkt Jalil or even Serdang, Cheras also get in touch, instead of long and hugh highway KL-Putrajaya with only 4 main doors. Even the highway is build across of your roof at Bkt Jalil or Kinrara, you could not even reach them to go to Putrajaya instead of to take a risk to find the way out. I nearly get accident just tyring to reach the highway at Bkt Jalil. What are so pathetic.

Highway is not a problem indeed. But if we could connect all public system with a proper places, we actually don't need a car by the way. And its cheap too.

Today, if you went to KL by car and stuck regularly in traffic jam after the Sg Besi highways, it still cheaper and saver then the train you took by from Serdang.

Public transport is cheap. That's why it's been built by most civilized country. And if it's still cheap, don't dream it will get strengthen here. Our politicians doesn't like the term of cheap anyway. And public transport mostly is for Indons. And it's too doesn't going to fulfill their pockets faster.

So, happy driving..

Briliant lazy

Sometimes ago, during my very2 early tenure in this company, I just make a promise to myself..set indeed in my heart..sometimes I can call it a principle too..to become a person that doesn't know or never know what 'lazy' is all about. I am malay and Lazy is must (ha ha ha). That's why Dr Mahathir is Mamak (ha ha ha). But, I'm serious. 'Am damn hardwork. Not because of this startup so-called principle. Not because I just got a very new job. Naturally, I was a hardworking person. And I believe, that's so for many Malays out there.

Moreover, I'm joining the company that one of their mission is, selling the new things that came from your own brain. Yes, we play with research everyday. Although we develop less.

But, what should we do if our so damn hardwork is defined as just a knife that beheaded our own head. They push us to be a very2 type-of working people , only to make them very comfortable and moreover, make their shining name shinier. At the end, they just return us a question "Err..what's your name again ?. I just have to fill a performance form for you".

I am not talking about the whole company. Yes, if you get hired, then make sure you have ready to be death for your company. The company where I was working is great. Much more great then the others. They launch 11 bil contract for the so-called "first asean country to offer its citizen with 10Gbps". In the same you just get increment only 150 buncks annually. What are so great !.

So, it's not the matter of the company whom I mention earlier. It's the matter of your peers. Specifically, your seniors. When you see that your peers start to play taichi, then beware. It might messy your rice bowl. You have to know taichi sometimes. But if you just a kind-blind-hardworking person like me, then go find some help.

Office politic sucks all the time....

No, I am not working for the sake of people. And never work to show up. And never bribe someone accept the traffic policeman. I work because I have passion. But what you do if your passion is someone money pocket. They used you as long as you're so hardworking. But they only satisfied with someone that give them a big fan. So, what am i doing right now ?. There's the come of "Brilliant Lazy" is all about.

Go to the office, then finish your job. If your boss give 20% of jobs for the entire project, give them back 20% of result. Never show them an anger. Give a big smile, and talking nicely. Sit at your place when all done, then open job sites. Flying your CV scattered all over places. Open your blog and do typing. It will show the people that you are still have works. Some people love to see moving fingers than monthly report. But, also don't forget your report. Put 20% of your result into a piece of paper too. Just make your lazy is perfect. And this is usually done by a politician (ha ha ha)

I wish..I wish... to be hired by the people that respects passion. I wish..i can get a touch by people that respects brain and know where the brain is coming from.
